Hero for Zero is a multi-part app featuring a role-playing game that leads you through common scenarios at a medical treatment facility. Choose an adventure to explore your facility and interact with your care team, patients, and family members. When faced with a question, select the answer most likely to prevent an error to reduce the harm level at your facility. Track your level of harm as you make choices throughout the adventure.
Your facility’s harm level will greatly affect your ability to serve patients in a Resource Challenge game. If harm is low, you will have plenty of resources to provide your patients with the best experience. However, if harm is high, resources will be diverted to address issues, and you will have a harder time maximizing patient experience.
